On isolated hearts phalloi-dine produced negative inotropic and chronotropic effects. 1.5 mg/kg caused an In rats, rapid iv 0.75-arterial hypotension and a bradycardia. An ip injection caused marked changes in hepatocytes examined by electron microscopy.
