Penetration of 169Yb-citrate through intact and abraded skins

Abstract

Penetration of 169Yb-citrate was studied in 40 rats with intact or abraded skins. After 1 h,only 0.14±0.06% of 169Yb-citrate was found in the intact skin, and 2.37±0.14% in the abraded skin.
