Selective retention of 147Pm in liver and its injurious effect in early stage
Abstract
The injury effect to liver in early stage by 147Pm was studied by autoradiography and BSP retention tests. 147Pm was located in liver with a diffusible form 2 h after iv of 147Pm(N03)3 1 mCi/kg to rats. On d 5, 147Pm was selectively localized in endothelial cells. 147Pm caused BSP retention in liver by 1-day action, and showed a marked retention after 5 d.
