Hemostatic action of ammonil magnesium phosphas and its effect on smooth muscles
Abstract
Mg(NH4)PO4.6H2O shortened the bleeding time of the severed tails of mice, accelerated the coagulation time of the blood drip from rabbit ears, and decreased the perfusion flow of the isolated rabbit ears. It raised the blood pressure after iv in anesthetized rabbits. It promoted the growth of uteri in young mice.
