A mathematical description of ligand-receptor interaction and computer identification of its parameters
Abstract
For the purpose of making the parameter estimation more reasonable and accurate in the receptor research, one form for the Feldman’s formula is given as the mathematical model of ligand-receptor interaction, and the corresponding microcomputer algorithm is presented in this paper. By using this program, the character of an unknown ligand-receptor interaction system and all the parameters in the model describing this system can be identified.
