Effects of fluorocarbon emulsion during coronary infusion on electrophysiological activities of rabbit heart %K %X Within 5-10 min after substitution of oxygenated fluorocarbon emulsion (FCE) for coronary infusion blood, the myocardial transmembrane potential in perfused area showed a moderate ischemic change. RP, APA, and dV/dtmax were reduced by 12±5 mV, 24±5 mV, and 49±8 V/s, respectively and the APD50 and APD90 were shortened 64±8 and 38±7 ms,respectively as compared with the control values. However, the extents of above-mentioned changes were markedly less than those in simple occlusion group. The extents of changes in APD50 and APD90 were also apparently less than those in oxygenated plasma infusion group. In addition, the shortening of effective refractory period (ERP) and reduction of ventricular fibrillation threshold (VFT), which were unexceptionaly observed in simple occlusion group and oxygenated plasma infusion group, but not in oxygenated FCE infusion group. %U http://www.chinaphar.com/article/view/5245 %V 8 %N 6 %P 509-513 %@ 1745-7254
