In the CNS the radioactivity accumulated mainly in the cephalic end of spinal cord with a distribution of descending type. AG was excreted rapidly. The biological t1/2=2 h. The urine was tested by paper radiochromatographic scan and liquid scintillation counter. A single peak corresponding to the R(F) o authentic AG was found.
