Acta Pharmacologica Sinica (APS) have a new agreement with Nature Publishing Group (NPG) for the co-publication from 2009.  According to the agreement, non-profit institutes, colleges, and hospitals etc in Mainland China, which have registered their IP address with NPG, will have FREE ACCESS to full text published in 2009 at http://www.nature.com/aps.
