Cover: D1 dopamine receptor-enhanced NMDA receptor function is dependent on PSD-95. Removal of PSD-95 diminished the D1 receptor-stimulated NMDA function. In addition, both PKA and PKC are also involved in the D1 receptor-mediated modulation on NMDA receptor. It is not clear if the PSD-95 directly interact with D1 receptor (page 756-762). |
