Cover: The potential mechanisms mediating crosstalk of signaling pathways between adrenoreceptors and STAT3. Activation of adrenoreceptors initiates the classic G protein-coupled intercellular signalling. Recent findings suggest many intracellular and intercellular intermediate molecules were implicated into this crosstalk, including tyrosine kinase receptors, non-receptor tyrosine kinases, small GTPases, mitogen-activated protein kinases, adaptor proteins, phosphates, and IL-6 family (page 153-165).
