Cover: Evidence for the release of NA2A subunits from the ER in the presence of PMA. HEK293 cells transfected with NR2A alone were double stained using the antibodies against NR2A and ER. The NR2A subunits were well colocalized with the ER in the absence of PMA (A-C), while the NR2A puncta appeared in the area without the ER staining (D-I) in the cells pretreated in the medium containing 200 nmol/L PMA (page 1580-1585).
