Cover: Bispecific antibodies are powerful tools for the retargeting of effector mechanisms to disease-associated sites. Engineering of single-chain Fv fragments into recombinant bispecific antibody formats, such as diabodies, tandem-scFv molecules and derivatives thereof, has opened the possibility to generate bispecific molecules with properties advantageous for cancer therapy (See pages 1-9).
